What I did was post a selection from another blog I use to give a full picture of my journey from Jan 1st this year.
Where I am at now:
- Going to try C25K once a week.
- Walking 3 - 5 times a week at lunchtime
- Stretching and core strengthening
- Following WW

Hey, if you don't mind me asking, what do you take the concerta for? My son takes it for ADHD but I haven't found it all that helpful.
