Well after a late night last night (it was suddenly almost 2am!) I set my alarm for 9am to do C25K Wk1 Day2. I had laid out my workout clothes the night before.
Got back about 10am after misjudging how far I had walked from car to oval! I think I did about 3.5km in total, but I walked past the 5 minute cool down. And I stopped on the way back to the car to stretch on some kids play equipment.
Really enjoying the C25K! Got a lot sweatier today. I think it was more humid rather than working harder.
