DAY 1 OF 91 (SAT 2ND JAN)

Well a good start today!

I had guesstimated my weight today (post NYE, dressed etc etc) and I guessed too high!

Also cos I did not mention my UK lifetime membership I got a new 'goal' weight set at the top of my healthy weight range.

So my journey lost about 7kg before it started!

When I get to goal I will probably go lower (though who knows for sure), but for now it is nice to be closer to goal already!

My leader seems great.

I have started my weight tracker fresh today.

I bought 4 new WW recipe books.

Today I am going to write out a number of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options to make it easier to eat on plan.

Very excited about becoming slim!
