WW is going strong. I can FEEL the differences from previous attempts. These include:
- Knowing myself better
- I know that I tend to use planning a a procrastination tool
- I know that I tend to over complicate simple things like 'follow WW'
- Knowing not to use points in advance and plan to 'save' from days ahead, this always triggers deprivation behaviour in me.
- Using extra points based on what I believe I would be allocated in the UK, with the plan to reduce these if required for optimal weight loss
- Being on ADD medication, I am surprised at how much more I eat on days I forget the medication
- Stopping waiting to get into an exercise regime first. Start with WW, lose weight, keep strengthening my hip and see what happens!
