I am allowed 26 points per day. Today so far I have eaten 9.
I am really hormonal and flat.
And I could comfort eat the 13 more points I need to eat 22 as my minimum.
But I refuse to eat emotionally.
So even though I have the points I am having trouble deciding how to 'use' them because I don't want to soothe my emotions with food!
Do I make any sense at all????

Update: dilemma solved with a plate of food that mixed fruit and some treats and totalled my remainder for today to get to my minimum.
Enjoying eating it now!
