MINI GOALS 25/01/2010


I decided some of my mini goals were too far apart so my new mini milestones are below.
The reward for each is going to be a pandora charm.
It worked out at 13 which is really cool- it is my 'lucky' number.
 
1. 92.0kg 2.5%
2. 89.7kg 5%
3. 87.3kg 7.5%
4. 84.9kg 10%
5. 81.9kg Lowest Weight in 11 years
6. 80.3kg 15%
7. 77.5kg BMI “Overweight”
8. 75.5kg 20%
9. 73.2kg 22.5%
10. 70.8kg 25%
11. 68.5kg 27.5%
12. 66.1kg 30%
13. 65.0kg WW Goal & 31% & BMI "Normal"

Potential further goals if at 65kg I decide to go further:
14. 63.7kg 32.5%
15. 61.4kg 35%
16. 59kg 37.5% (BMI 22.8, previous weight achieved with WW)
17. 56.6kg 40% (BMI 21.7)

Fitness Goals post completion of C25K:
1. Complete C25K
2. Improve speed of 5km run
3. Run 10km
4. Run 14.2km Run4the kids
5. Improve speed of 10km
