1.2kg is a good loss. But it is not a great week 1 loss.
Lots of factors influence my weight each week - I have never been a 'linear' loser who loses similar amounts each week.
But the 2 girls who joined WW with me last week lost 2.8kg and 2.9kg. Our start weights are similar.
So my gut insinct is to say adding points was a mistake. But then I remember that I lost. I did not feel at all deprived. I enjoyed my first week at WW. And TOM is here.
So I realised I needed a plan to stop me 'reacting' without due thought.
I will evaluate my losses on a rolling 3 week cycle. If my 3 week average is less than 800gm (1.8lb) then I drop a point. So no dropping until I have had 3 WI's. And no dropping below Australian WW points if I happen to get that far.
