I think I posted on here about my challenge to do 3 days of core work this week with the reward being 2 sets of C25K week 1 next week?
Well 2 sessions done this week!
And yes, it has been pointed out that exercise as a reward for exercise is a little unusual.. but I love running and hate core... but I need the core so running doesn't keep damaging my hip! So it makes sense really!

Core work done
