It seems my hips needs 2 days between runs to recover.
So instead I am going to try the exercise bike tonight.
If that works out I am going to consider a rolling schedule something like:
Day 1: C25K (I may do 4 or 5 sessions at each week level rather than 3 given the extra gaps between runs)
Day 2: rest
Day 3: cycle
And repeat.
I will see how that goes!
