I made a decision this morning.
Since it changes nothing as far as costs go (WW Unlimited is a monthly fee that gives you unlimited meeting and online access with no joining fee) I am not going to tell WW I am a lifetime member.
I achieved lifetime in the UK 11 years ago.
But I barely maintained through the 6 weeks required to gain lifetime. And all the weight was back on in the same time it took me to lose it - oh yes, I managed to gain an average of 3lbs per week for 8 months - due to some issues I had not dealt with.
So I never feel that I deserved 'lifetime'. And because I have it I often don't get all the information a brand new member gets.
So in 2010 I am aiming to achieve Australian WW Life Membership!
That requires an average of 800gm per week (1.8lb) in order to allow for 6 weeks of maintenance.
Tough but achieveable I think.... and if I don't quite get there I will be mighty close!
