Well today I got home from work too late to do my C25K outdoors... actually.. I thought I did but it is actually still light! But only just, and I would have had to drive to the park....
Anyway, it means I have some stats. (Had to calculate them manually as I knocked the safety switch while on one of my walking parts and reset everything!!)
Due to some hip tenderness my walks were slower than I do normally, but the runs were definitely faster.

Avg speed 5.9km/hr (3.67mph)
All walking intervals @ 5km/hr (3.1mph)
7 jogging intervals @ 8km/hr (5mph)
1 jogging interval @11 km/hr (6.8mph)
(Can you guess I have presets at 5/8/11 km/hr on my treadmill?? )
Now I don't think I have EVER run at 11km/hr... it nearly killed me but I was SO proud of myself!
I think I will aim to do at least one of each weeks C25K sessions on the treadmill as it does give me a harder workout!
