Stress came first but it has been there a while. Not taking my Concerta magnified my stress. Eating badly magnified my stress. I got caught in a spiral.
So I am changing a few things:
- Communicating more clearly about my stress
- Having spare Concerta in my bag so I can take it after I leave the house if required
- Reminding myself of my new theory – it takes 21 days to make a new habit and only 3 to go back to an old one!
