Well I feel all clever!
I just made my own C25K podcast!
I found some instructions on the internet.
I used someone else's voice track (the one saying when to walk and when to run) and put together my own music track. It has no gaps between songs and lots of my favourite exercise songs all in a row! The instructions are here: http://diy-c25k-mp3s.com/. The one thing I had to work out myself was converting the voice files to wav format as they loaded up funny. But now I have an awesome track to work out to!
Oh and you may have guessed.. I am going to do the C25K... my hip is still dodgy as.. but I need to exercise for my mental health as much as anything else!! I will do my core and stretches each day and the C25K 3 times a week. if my hip gets too sore I will stop... but I have to give it a go!
