- Struggled with lack of knowledge about good 'propoints' foods without books etc but stuck with it anyway.

- reminding myself it is going to be hard, and that I have to eat differently or else my weight will not go down.

- about 20 mins brisk walking in 2 sessions.

- breakfast: was hungry and ended up satisfied
- Lunch: was hungry and satisfied after
- Tea: was hungry and slightly over full after (too many veg in stir fry!)
- Knee/hip pain
- morning: quite sore
- evening: quite sore
- Gratitude
- I am grateful for having a well paid job I enjoy
- Successes
- Made appointment with physio (Wednesday morning)
- Stayed within daily PP allowance
- did not give in even when it got difficult to know what to eat

Day 2 of 365 - Monday 4th April
- Food
- Ate 28 of 29 points
