OK.... I do want to lose weight after all...

A simple and achievable plan!!! What kind of floor work do you do? Do you do at home on your own, at the gym, with a group or with a video??? I need to do more of that kind of thing. i can do the cardio, no hassles (even did my C25K week 4 session 2 quite easy tonight even after I have lost IT!) but I never do resistance and core work...i need to be at my group training for that which is only once a week. don't know why i can't do it alone...surely not that hard?!

plays a trick on us all.....tell us to stop, etc.
Go on through with it - just for now.
