Days 5 & 6 of 365 - Thursday 7th and Friday 8th April

  • Food
    • Less fruit these past two days.  Just one banana and one plum.
    • Eaten out and still have 16 of my weekly points to go
    • Loving propoints
  • Emotions
    • Quite buoyant
  • Exercise
    • about 20 mins brisk walking in 2 sessions each day
  • Hunger levels
    • breakfast: was hungry and ended up satisfied
    • Lunch: was hungry and satisfied after
    • Tea: was hungry and satisfied after - tonight I ate only a third to a half of my main course.  It was lovely but a small amount satisfied me.
  • Knee/hip pain
    • morning: not bad
    • evening: not bad
  • Gratitude
    • I am grateful for my cats, my husband, my Mum, my friends, my family!
  • Successes
    • Loving propoints
    • Worked late last night but was not even tempted to stop tracking
    • Life is busy and good - enough that I forgot last nights blog!
    • Am writing my first thank you tonight.  I ordered cute note cards to use.  I was inspired by a book: 365 Thank Yous.  My plan is to write a personal thank you note when it is appropriate (not necessarily one each day - although that would be fine too).

I wonder if you do better with less fruit - does it trigger cravings? It sure does for me.
And the Thanks You's...... we never hear good stuff; just bad - so I always try to take a minute and say the magic words (ty) when someone really went out of their way for me!

I say thank you a lot too - but there is something nice (I hope!) about a written thanks!

The fruit doesn't bother me with cravings. I think I just ate so many grapes in the past month I am over them! Other fruit is less easy to eat all day than grapes sitting beside me on my desk.
