Day 3 of 365 - Tuesday 5th April

  • Food
    • Ate 29 of 29 points
    • Lots of fruit and vegetables
    • Ate a WW frozen meal at lunch which worked well
    • A glass of vodka and raspberry lemonade
    • Much better point management today
  • Emotions
    • Quite buoyant
    • Took concerta - did that help
  • Exercise
    • about 20 mins brisk walking in 2 sessions.
  • Hunger levels
    • breakfast: was hungry and ended up satisfied
    • Lunch: was hungry and satisfied after
    • Tea: was hungry and satisfied after (much smaller stir fry today)
  • Knee/hip pain
    • morning: not bad
    • evening: not bad
  • Gratitude
    • I am grateful for wonderful friends
  • Successes
    • Stayed within points
    • Got through a stressful day at work (my account was disabled - and most of my work requires emails!)
  • Tomorrow
    • Seeing physio
    • Will have a planned higher point day to use some of my 49 weekly points
